Lovely location, fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, thoughtful birthday surprise, delicious breakfast selection.

The hotel was conveniently located for exploring the popular canal region and was easily accessible by tram from the central rail station. I felt safe and well looked after as a single woman traveling alone. The Michelin star restaurant was amazing, with perfect food and service. The bar was buzzing and the staff were attentive and accommodating. The room was luxurious and clean, with quirky touches and all the necessary amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the city center of this beautiful city. We loved being close to the very charming shopping area of the 9 streets, where we found great shops and lovely cafes. The hotel staff were nice and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They were great too make our stay special, even setting up our room with flower petals and a surprise gift for our honeymoon. The rooms themselves were individually unique, well-designed, and comfortable. We also enjoyed the high-quality finish and the extra amenities like the turndown service and fresh water every night.

The hotel is conveniently located near charming boutique shops and major attractions that are within walking distance. The room furnishings were nicer than most hotels I have stayed in, and the service from the reception and concierge staff was helpful and friendly. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the city.

It is a perfect base for exploring the city, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The rooms are small but well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of options, including fresh fruit and delicious cooked dishes.

The stairs leading to the bathroom are quite steep, which could be challenging for some guests.

Upon arrival, we were amazed by the luxurious amenities and the warm welcome from the professional staff. the room was spacious, with exclusive facilities, and well decorated with elegant furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed the private garden area and all available rooms' advantages, which were a great place for us to relax and unwind. the Full body massage was heavenly and the in-room breakfast exceeded our expectations. the Bar/ Lounge area was posh and chic, and the perfect spot to unwind with a drink after a long day.
